Full marriage must be full of things are too novel, the artist through the light and shadow special effects, and then there are mirrors to deceive your eyes, but it is recommended not to bring too many things in the past, because after all, there is a barefoot walk through the pool.

The art installations are mostly all very interesting. Exploring the rooms barefoot, walking through the water or on fabric/pillows is simply something different.

I booked this hotel on the basis u could explore Tokyo and have a pamper day as the were supposed To have a spa !! I could get a trip booked (full) Couldn’t get a massage (only for wedding guests same with hair salon ) Couldn’t get a private car to take me around Tokyo willing to pay for 4 hours no again. Couldn’t get a coffee in morning before 11.30 unless I booked breakfast which I don’t eat . The lady on concierge came to help and did book me in at a spa near by and let me use the club room so I could get my morning tea or coffee which I am very grateful for . I used this hotel about 10 years ago, and this was my second time, and it was a better experience than the last time. It had many advantages, such as a convenient automatic check-in system, clean rooms, easy access, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The basic location is not very central, but I think it is a very good choice for travelers who are familiar with downtown Tokyo.

Great Service Service is great. The hotel is located in a business district, so it's not so lively at night albeit it is close to Rippongi which is the the party place, and it's also easy to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza, among others. the location is very good, near the subway station. Staff were all extremely accommodating, amicable and make it simple for the check in and check out process. Meals were good - generally great. We like the manners in which staff are so responsive and learned in their service to us.

Best location if staying in Shinagawa. Hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms are a bit old, but everything is clean and functional. Rooms are on the small side, but should be expected in Tokyo. There can be a long line to check in, but you can always use the automated kiosk, although there might be some bugs with how you enter your name, how many passports to scan in, etc. Just let the service rep know you have problems with the machine and they will assist you.

Very new and very well designed. Pretty spacious room for Tokyo standards. Large breakfast buffet selection (even has soft serve ice cream for kids). In-hotel convenience store for late night shopping! Walking distance to jr station. The onsen was also very new and had an outdoor area. Highly recommended for families who need bigger rooms.

The normal check-in time is after 1500, but it's lucky that we can check-in earlier since our room is ready - we arrived there ~1230. We selected Panda room located on 4/F, so there is beautiful spot at 4/F lift lobby for taking photos. The room is normal size as Tokyo's hotel room, we have space to open 2 luggage (24”) but after opened difficult to walk. However, we did not stay much time inside hotel room, and actually the bed is 1.62m good enough for 2 adults + 1kid, .it's fine for us. We also booked the breakfast, and it's buffet style with Japanese and Western style food, so far so good. After we checkout the next day, we kept our luggage at hotel and go for sightseeing and shopping nearby; and return pack to hotel for picking up the luggage and head to airport.

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. If you need to buy gifts, the underground level has everything.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Asakusa area, with easy access to Asakusa Station. However, I recommend getting off at Tawaramachi Station (G18) and using Exit 1, which is just 280 meters away—less than a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious enough for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A nice touch is the LG Styler Steam Closet in every guest room, which is perfect for dry cleaning and refreshing clothes. You can store your luggage at the front desk free of charge, which is very convenient. If you need to pack your bags and use vacuum-seal bags, they’re available for a small fee at the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet still be close to the main tourist spots. (Convenient Store; Family Mart is on the ground floor)

we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover. The only reason i gave it a 4 star for facilities is that this hotel is not tailored for children, the swimming pool are for adults only. However, who wants to stay in the hotel while this is the centre of Shibuya...

I booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel >40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard. Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying. Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels. Hotel Nikko is very big hotel with many rooms with 3 breakfast location. Above all the satisfaction points, I have some feedbacks : 1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews. 2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep 3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.

We surprisingly found this to be a very convenient and charming hotel. It is a bit older, but because of that, it was quite spacious. The bed was large and comfy and there was a good variety of pillows to satisfy the different preferences. It was handy there was a limousine bus to the airport (Narita) right outside the front. Additionally we found out on day 2, there was a basement level that connected us directly to the train lines. Shinbashi station is very centrally located with a variety of subway and train lines, so it's very convenient to get around. The porters were very helpful on check out, and the newspaper service was a nice old school touch. Although older, everything worked. the elevators came promptly, the buttons, key card, air cond, heating, water, etc worked perfectly and were in even better working condition than some of the newer hotels we stayed at during our trip to Japan. Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 all nearby which is handy and Ichiran 200m away as well. Walkable distance to Ginza's main shopping ***** if you're up for it. Additionally, windows with a view - train station and other buildings but it was an open view where you could see the sky. Some other hotels we'd been to, our view was basically the building windows next door.

We chose this hotel last minute due to some changes to our itinerary. The hotel is located in Ginza and just 10 mins walk to main shopping street. 6 mins walk to the JR train station for Haneda Airport. Access to the room is by using a pin code. There is no need to checkout at counter, just need to place the checkout magnetic sign at the room front door facing the corridor. The room space is very limited. Enough for 1 24” & 3 20” luggage bags. Any additional big luggage bags in the room, you need to walk on top of the beds. Laundry room, you may skip it. No coins or cards are accepted. You need to download an app to make payment just for the 3kg wash & drying machines (separate machines) If you intend to forward your bulk luggage bags to the hotel, they only accept on the check-in date due to limited space. I booked the hotel through Trip.com. So i went through Trip.com agent to communicate with the hotel if i could send my luggage to the hotel 2 days early before my check-in date. The staff responds YES, they will help me keep. Then we dragged our 3 28” heavy luggage bags through the train, staircases & streets to reach the hotel. The staff that greeted us rejected our luggage bags. I gave her my check-in details & the staff name that accepted our request but to no avail. Luckily, we are able to send our luggage bags to our next hotel through JP Post at Lawson convenience store nearby after 30 mins searching around. If the staff that replied to my request rejected me upfront, all this wouldn't have happened. We are like an ****** dragging our luggage bags around. I can't imagine what will happen to our luggage bags if we used a luggage forwarding company to send them in 2 days early? Return back to the company, and we have to collect them? On the day before we drag our luggage bags, i've sent an email to the hotel directly to clarify again. They didn't reply. Even until now, after a few weeks, i didn't get any response from the hotel. Excellent customer service, keep up the good work.

Great hotel. Room size is slightly bigger than the normal. You can open your luggage comfortably. Daily change of towels is a bit much but could be useful for others. Hotel amenities and locker for luggage after checking out is a big plus. Hotel is near 2 stations (hibiya and asakusa) and a quick walk to Koami shrine too. Overall good experience! Location: Walking distance to subway station Higashi Ginza station (2min, 140m) and Ginza station (10min, 500m). Nearby to a lot of good restaurants (i.e., Age3, Udon etc). Lawson at next door, Family Mart at the opposite and 7 eleven perhaps a 100m walk. Very near to Ginza shopping street. Cleanliness: Deducted 1 star for cleanliness because there was a lot of nails leftover in the bag when they passed me the nail clipper pack. The room and common areas are clean. Services: All good other than the cleaners always forget to place 2/3 amenities in the room where I had to call them like 3/4 days stay. I called and asked to lend iron board and nail clipper, no follow up action from them till I called them again the next day (about 24 hours after). Facilities: Standard facilities provided. Good space for the lobby, good breakfast being served. No gym, no hot bath. Others: I love the drinks served at the lobby and their pyjamas.
