I really like the pool and gym setup. The gym is on the 7th floor, and also, there is one indoor and one outdoor pool, plus an indoor jacuzzi. The hotel has a Family Mart convenient store on the first floor, making it really practical for grabbing drinks, etc. The bed is very comfortable, and the tv stations have English channels like CNN, HBO, etc

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

The hotel room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Nothing to write home about for its breakfast though. We had it for a few days. Whilst the range of food is wide, the actual food don't change much from day to day. One would easily get bored on his/her third breakfast. Although the surroundings (within 2 minutes walk) have little to offer, PO Park is within 5-7 minutes walk away. The hotel further enlarge its guests' travel radius by offering shuttle services (on request). I should also their ability to deal with emergency situations. I actually left important items in the safe upon checking out. Their handling of the situation was appropriate and commendable. All considered, another fine Hilton hotel.

Had a short stay at this hotel with my parents during our trip in Guangdong. Its indoor pool indeed is the catching point when I searched through my hotel choice. And it ends up to be a very satisfactory experience when we tried it. My mom and dad just love the pool so much - size is reasonable and it's very clean, the lighting makes it look stylish too. Other than the indoor pool, I also like its location...just a few steps to a few shopping malls where you can find a variety of shops and numerous restaurants. That's so convenient for short stay visitors to the place. Room is spacious, just that the hotel has a bit of age so I think the design is a little old and outdated. Overall, our stay at the hotel is a very pleasant one.

Customer service was horrible! There were about 6 receptionists standing and talking to each other. After one receptionist finished, I stood in front of him and he didn't acknowledge me, then he went on his phone. At this point, there were only myself and another customer in line. Despite the language barrier, they were not helpful! The hotel's location is good close to the railway station and Canton Tower. The hallway of the hotel was a little smelly it wasn't horrible it just needed a good deep clean. My room smelt like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Overall, the interior was ok. Breakfast was average more on the Chinese style.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Locating the hotel itself on the 1st day took a while as their building entrance is at an alley, which is located next to a high school. The receptionist and staff were very friendly, they will try to cater to our needs and inquiries. However, the amenities of the stay are rather old and very different from the pictures published. Overall, if you're looking for a stay that's is accessible to transport Timmy Apartment is an acceptable place to stay.

Outstanding Experience! Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, which was also very clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to the following staff members who made our trip even more wonderful: Juan (娟) from the front desk, who went out of her way to help us use the mobile app and use it to book a taxi for the first time. Leslie (健仔) from the lobby, who was very friendly and provided us with excellent advice on what to see in the city. Seto (司徒師傅) from the restaurant, who was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations on the best places to eat in the city. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The lush garden surroundings, complete with tranquil water features such as waterfalls and fish ponds, provided a sensorial retreat unlike any other. The rooms were impeccably clean, the service from your staff was professional, kind, and respectful, and the overall atmosphere was undeniably family-friendly. Furthermore, the rooftop swimming pool offered a fantastic setting for both children and adults to relax and enjoy. Overall, my stay at Baiyun hotel exceeded expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I had stayed in China Hotel for 6 days. Good location and convenient for public transport such as MTR. Different food varieties in breakfast time. However I observed that the table mat after used was not replaced. Some vacant table did not have forks and knife ready on table. Some cups and plates had stuck with dirt. Overall cleansing within restaurants just met the standard. Next, the massage room environment not comfortable. Quite a lot of old machines kept inside massage room just like a store room. We ordered a 60 minute massage but the actual massage time just around 50 minutes. No music inside massage room during 50 minutes massage reduced the relaxation feeling. Overall the massage service not up to standard and need much improvement. Would not suggest the low cost Massage performance.

Excellent location right by the airport. Shuttle service runs regularly, the staff at the reception desk help you to know which time would be most appropriate for your flight and book you on accordingly. Comfortable, spacious room made for a pleasant albeit brief stay. Would use this again for early morning flight.

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

This is a really beautiful place with beautiful mountains and clear waters. The air is very good and you can see many stars at night. The hotel is a long-established real hot spring hotel. After soaking, your body will feel slippery. There are dozens of hot spring pools in the hot spring area, and the cave hot springs are very unique. The service in the hot spring area and the hotel is really good, and there is a warm feeling everywhere. When walking on the roadside, the driver of the battery car will take the initiative to ask if you want to take a car, and the room staff will also take the initiative to say hello. In addition, the breakfast and seafood buffet dinner are too rich, with a wide variety of varieties, unlimited salmon, and a variety of fresh seafood. The room design is very reasonable. Although it has been open for several years, the hygiene is very good and the maintenance is very good.

I couldn’t expect this hotel is that much perfect for a family and children. I have two children 2 and 4 years. The room condition was perfect clean and spacious. The weather was not good but it didn’t matter to enjoy this place because it has indoor pools not just like normal swimming pools I mean pools in a cave 😝 the ceiling of the cave had holes like a nature one, which makes the indoor atmosphere air the artificial cave. Also there are two different kids room. These are easy and convenient for parents to observe kids. Moreover, there are bunch of photo spots 😍 lastly, when we got check-out, we found the hotel served kids art craft and cooking class. We enjoyed from the beginning to the last moment. I’m willing to visit here again.

Real hot springs that you can soak in without leaving Guangzhou 1. Location: One hour away from downtown Guangzhou, it is very convenient to go back and forth at any time. 2. Features: The hotel itself is a 4A tourist scenic spot, featuring a large open-air soda hot spring, with multiple hot spring swimming pools, paddling pools and medicinal baths of different sizes, with different functions; 3: This is the bank of Liuxi River, built along the river, with a sky-high hot spring pool, overlooking the forest park across the river, absorbing the essence of heaven and earth; 4: Very delicious Chinese food, especially the grilled fish of Liuxi River, is simply amazing. 5. Super considerate activities: You can soak in the hot springs at will, and you can continue to embrace the hot springs warmly after checking out; you can go to the back mountain forest park at any time, and you must not miss the close contact with nature Use one word: comfortable to describe it! I can’t help but mention that the service here is super considerate, and there are always 🈶 happiness gift packages... Come to Conghua Bishuiwan for a vacation on weekends.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful in everything that we needed. Specially Ms. Huga who helped us search for a lost jacket and arrange taxis, and including the front desk people. It’s at the city centre and accessible to many tourist and business places. Hope to visit it again.

We stayed only for one night with my husband while traveling, we had a flight from Guangzhou. The hotel is quite near Canton tower. Breakfasts are good. But the room smelled like a cigarette even though it was smoking not permitted room. And the overall the room was not clean enough. I stayed at Hampton Zhuhai last year, the hotel services and amenities were better. Thank you.

Stayed here for 6 days while attending the CIFF furniture fair. Overall a great place to stay, you can literally walk to the expo centre. The hotel rooms and amenities can feel a little dated but everything works as it should. Breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet were very large in options and really good taste. Certainly worth the money but make sure you go hungry. There are so many options. The Japanese restaurant is very good but found it very expensive compared to other top tier Japanese restaurants in the area. Overall a great place to stay in.

Great location! Great bedding! Quiet. Checking in was prompt. As a non smoker, I appreciate the hotel has a no smoking policy unfortunately encountered a cigarette smell in the common corridor. Better enforce is required. The breakfast was a total let down. My experience was bacon soaked in oil, the espresso machine dispense normal coffee other than espresso and the buns were soggy outside and hard in the core. I suggest stay away from the breakfast.

Very clean place, actually easy to find. Very cooperative staff, they don't bother you much just doing their work. WiFi is an issue and the toilets too far, but that's not a big thing. Generally is a very clean comfortable room inside the airport, good to sleep for transfers

Hotel was very convenient to attend Canton Fair. Right next to Shiqiao metro station exit B. Price was very reasonable given it was Canton fair week when prices are usually higher. Chinese breakfast was sufficient. Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at but not much else. If you just need a clean bed at reasonable price to get in and out of Canton fair, then can recommend this hotel. It has the basics well done.

Upon arrival, was a little disappointed. The hotel didn't impress as it faced a car park and not brightly litted. The reception is small too. But going up to the room, it looks new and modern so for just an overnight stay is okay. Free airport shuttle which I think is standard for most of the hotels here. Location is good, can't hear airplane noise and walking out to the main street a few mins away, there are many restaurants.

Arrived around 11 pm from Renmin station using a Didi, there is a parking lot for the driver to let you off. The staff didn't speak English but she was accommodating and used a translator to ask me about the hotel transfer. There is one an hour and it is a small mini van, it was quick and seamless would stay again.
