Mitsui Garden Hotel Okayama: A High-Value Stay Near Okayama Station

During my trip to Okayama, I chose to stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel's location is outstanding—just a 5-minute walk from JR Okayama Station. Right across the street is the large AEON MALL, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, or picking up daily necessities. Nearby, you'll also find Don Quijote, convenience stores, and Takashimaya, ensuring all your needs are met. The first-floor lobby is spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring numerous artworks that add a touch of cultural sophistication. Check-in can be done via self-service kiosks, but friendly staff are also available to assist. I stayed in a double room, which, while not very large, was efficiently designed and equipped with all the essentials. The housekeeping staff thoughtfully replenished two complimentary bottles of mineral water daily, which tasted great. My favorite feature was the large public bath on the 10th floor, open from 3 PM until 9 AM the next day. There's no need to rush when enjoying a relaxing soak in the evening. The bath area is clean and comfortable, with views of greenery outside, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. For a weekday rate of under 3,000 TWD, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Its prime location, well-rounded facilities, and excellent service left a lasting impression. If I visit Okayama again, this hotel will undoubtedly be one of my top choices.
