I was slightly concerned at staying at a large hotel but needn’t of worried, it was quiet and compact. I actually con not find a single negative about this hotel. The staff were brilliant, the cleanliness top notch everything was absolutely fantastic in all areas. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Brilliant hotel, can’t fault it in anyway. I never want to go back to same hotel but would go back tomorrow. Positives… Pools lovely and warm at end of season you could always get bed. Private beach beautiful with waiter service at your beds. Sea lovely and clear and warm. Food was amazing we were half board breakfast was great with so much choice fresh fruit, cheese, breads, and all the cooked choices including and omelette station. Evening meal was so good great menu and each course was served like a work of art. Room was big, comfortable and always spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly helpful and nothing was a bother. Location was great bus stop took your straight into Skiathos town for €2 euros in 7mins. We walked back several times along the beaches. Negatives (if I had to pick any)… Some good uk channels on tv. Kettle in room.

It was our first stay at the Kassandra Bay, the hotel is in a lovely location, with pretty gardens, friendly and helpful staff, 2 pools with plenty of sunbeds and right on the beach too. We chose a superior double room and loved the large balcony with fabulous views across the bay, the bed was very comfortable and every day the room was cleaned to a high standard. We enjoyed taking the water taxi from the hotel beach in to Skiathos town. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, we especially liked the freshly cooked omelettes and there was always lots of staff on hand to serve coffee and clear the tables. We had a big thunderstorm on our last night and it was really helpful that the hotel had provided a large umbrella in our wardrobe.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Me and my wife are a well travelled couple and there's no way that this hotel is 5 stars. Nice location though. No guest shop. Not a 5 star breakfast. Lunch isn't a 5 star. Evening meals are average. Rooms 3 star rating. Location is 5 star. Management average. Reception staff average. Spa is nice 4 star.

Lovely hotel with great service, the staff were exceptional. The beach and pool area are perfect with plenty of sunbeds. The location is great and there’s a little ferry service which stops at the hotels jetty and takes you to Skiathos town (€4 each way) and takes around 10 mins.

As with all the island everyone is really friendly here. Lovely bright airy rooms overlooking the sea. Absolutely noone going down at the crack of dawn for loungers as they were always available. Breakfast was a massive highlight especially the omelette. Only slight negative being the bedding and would've been nice to have had water in the room. Definitely recommend and will return 👌

We went here last year, and was so impressed that we decided to return with the added bonus of complimentary half board. Last year we were on the 7th floor, in a duplex room with wonderful views, but as my husband has difficulty walking up hill I emailed the hotel in advance this year to ask for a lower floor room, and we were allocated a room on the ground floor. Half board was complimentary so we ate in the resturant a few times, the menu does not change over the two weeks we were there, the portions were quite big and food good, we did eat out a few times. Lunch we had in the area by the beach, again good food with big portion, happy hour is from 3.30 to 6.30 with cocktails at 9 euros and a large beer at 5 euros. The staff are amazing, excellent service, the rooms have been recently upgraded and decorated, definately a five star not a four and a half star hotel. Plenty of sunbeds with plush cushions underneath. Will be back next year. Water taxi on the beach to the town and a bus stop outside to the town .

Staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily. Only stayed B&B and breakfast amazing. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to rake sand on beach to improve appearance of that area. Excellent hotel and would highly recommend. I would not hesitate in returning.

My family have just returned from another fantastic week at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The reception team were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and attentive…..ordering drinks and food from your poolside or beach lounger couldn’t have been easier. The pool felt very safe for children with constant supervision from the lifeguards. There was a lovely atmosphere here both during the day and in the evenings. See you all again! John
