"Came here with friends and found this hotel on Ctrip. We were attracted by the appearance of this hotel. It was our first stay. The overall experience was very good. The lobby was very large, the check-in at the front desk was very fast, the service of the lady was very good, we were given a free room upgrade, and we were told that there was a free heated swimming pool on the 7th floor that could be used for free with a room card, as well as a gym. The most important thing was that there was welcome fruit. The milk we chose was low-sugar soy milk, which was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and delicious. We lived on the 23rd floor, which was very quiet, the room was large, the lighting was good, the sanitation was very clean, and there were many places to eat and drink around. I will choose to stay in Qian'an next time if I have the chance. Great!"

"Hotel’s location is perfect, we had the best beach view from our room. There were plenty of restaurants around and beach front is right across the hotel.
The hotel was super clean and service was excellent!
We went there during the National Holiday, the personals were very nice and offered my husband and I to be part of their barbecue party on their patio.
We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend.
Bonus: The hotel rooftop offers gorgeous views."

"Design is terrible bad, the bathroom very very inconvenience. Although the bathroom and toilet are separate but use only one door. No where to hang the clothes and towel when bathing. One will block door of the toilet when using the sink outside.
Only one person will be provided with afternoon tea set even the room booking is for 2 adults.
The closet is very tiny, place for hanging clothes is limited, and one can only hang clothes not longer than 2 feet."

"I have stayed at Vienna hotels many times, and the reputation is still OK. Because of the need for business trips, I chose a close to the subway station, but it took about ten minutes to walk out of the subway. The toiletries provided are quite general, not very easy to use, the room is not big, overall simple and clean, as a temporary business trip choice is still possible. I hope the hotel can continue to improve the quality of service!"

"Stay in Shenzhen too late and luckily find a twins bed hotel and bring 2 kids to stay here for 1 night. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but lots of restaurant nearby. There is a night market nearby and you can grab lots of tasty street foods back to hotel to enjoy. The room i stayed is near the main road and it is quite noisy even though I have upgraded to a higher floor. Staffs are nice and helpful. I guess to maintain good sleep, i may not stay in this hotel again."

"The room looks pretty cool and nice but a bit dark, even with all the lights on. There’re doors for the toilet and shower but the bathtub is quite opened so it’s more recommended for solo traveler or couples. The fridge doesn’t really work. It’s warm inside. For charging, it’s recommended to bring along your cable with the plug. All the USB ports don’t work well.
But the service here is good. Staffs are polite and nice. A bonus point to free ice lollies provided at the reception."

EErnst NZThis hotel is right next to the subway, hence easy to get to and location is fine. Within 5-10 minutes by bike in all the groovy areas of Shenzhen. However the construction next for is noticeable. The hotel itself is huge, very plain and super busy. I would not stay again, it just didn’t feel ok. Transit hotel for a single night, yes.

LLittle Ball HeadThe room was smaller than expected, but it would be fine for a one-night stay. The surrounding area mostly consists of residential buildings. There’s a small supermarket across the street where you can get basic necessities, and the nearby streets are lined with small local restaurants.
The train station is not close. It’s also convenient to get a taxi （called 滴滴/高德）although I noticed that the driver stopped on the opposite side of the road both times. Waiting time is ard 10mins to be arrived for peak hours around 8:00am.
I checked in late at 7 PM, and it seemed like the hotel was pretty fully booked. I was assigned a room near the elevator with higher floor, however no particular view. Fortunately, the soundproofing was good, and I wasn’t disturbed by the elevator or other guests coming and going. There is a table in the hallway offering free can soda.
The air conditioning in the room was very powerful and controlled via a smart voice assistant (小度）If you can’t speak in Mandarin, it wud be a little bit not convenient. The aircon automatically defaulted to 16°C when turned on. While cleaning the desk and bedside tables with disinfectant wipes, which is my habit, I noticed that both bedside tables were covered in dust, which was a bit disappointing.
The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water in speed. There was even a shower footrest. However, the showerhead was leaking, which affected the water flow—a letdown given that this is a new hotel and such issues should be rare. On a positive note, the bathroom had a smart toilet with a heated seat. You could even flush it by tapping twice with your foot, which was a nice touch!
Also provided charging cables, that is definitely a plus.
The hairdryer provided at the hotel room is designed to resemble Dyson’s style. Since I have an actual Dyson at home, I’m quite familiar with it and can make a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised that this hairdryer performed so well—it’s almost as powerful as Dyson. While my Dyson usually takes 5 minutes to dry my hair, this hairdryer took another 5 minutes to achieve similar results, leaving my hair perfectly smooth. The only downside is that it’s slightly noisier than Dyson. For those who care about having smooth hair every day and are accustomed to using Dyson products, this hotel’s hairdryer can definitely meet your expectations.
There was a nightlight near the skirting board by the door, which I thought was considerate and well-designed. Above the sink, there was a mirror with a light—thankfully, as the room itself felt a bit dim without it.
All the hotel staff were extremely polite. When asked for extra bottled water at the front desk, the staff immediately provided two bottles per person, which was very thoughtful.
Breakfast was more Chinese-style but had a good variety. Considering the price, the inclusion of breakfast made it a great deal.
One major issue I encountered in the room was with the air conditioning. While the default 16°C was too cold, adjusting it to 23°C resulted in the mattress retaining a lot of heat. It felt like lying on a heated massage bed which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I eventually had to set the air conditioning back to 16°C, but the mattress still felt warm, leaving me sleepless all night.
When checking out, the front desk asked for feedback, so I mentioned the issue with the mattress. The two staff members were friendly and suggested that next time we inform them immediately rather than enduring the discomfort all night. While they assured us they could arrange something, I honestly can’t imagine how they could resolve such an issue—could they replace the mattress? Regardless, we appreciated their kindness. Even the housekeeping staff we encountered in the hotel were very polite, greeting us warmly and expressing hope to serve us again in the future. Their friendliness was truly commendable.

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

GGuest UserFirst time back to 深圳大梅沙京基洲际度假酒店 in 2025, and the weather was just warm enough for the beach. The hotel staff, Zero, made sure my reservation needs were met and ready prior to my arrival. After I checked in the first day, she also checked in with me and my family to see if we needed anything else.
There were a lot of seaweed washed up onto the beach this time, and the hotel had staff cleaning them away to keep the beach clean.
Again, amazing service from Zero and the rest of the hotel staff!

CChuk WanAs a budget business hotel, we are satisfied with the stay as a whole. The room is new and clean, and the hotel is in a business building. Disposable slipper and other amentilies like tooth brush, tooth paste and comb are provided. What's a plus is there is a large projector inside room for viewing movies.
One point liked to highlight is the front line staff William has provided excellent services. He greeted us with a smiling face and provided a free welcome fruit plater to us when we checkrd in. He even took the fruit plate to us in person after we arrived room. We did not book room with breakfast but William was so kind to offer 2 breakfast to us as complimentary. Given the so nice services, we will be back if we go to Shenzhen next time.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
