"The location is great, night market just infront of hotel entrance. Room is clean, aircon not really work well, informed hotel and they got it fixed the next day. Lobby is dark, we were back to hotel around 9pm and its all dark, to save cost maybe. Overall ok, plenty of restaurants and convenient store around."

"Physical aspect of the property is beautiful and relaxing (lawns, pool, beach and restaurant). However, they don’t have intercom in the rooms so nobody would call if they need anything - secondly, warm water is not available all the time. Thirdly, they have this huge resort and don’t have iron&stand. It’s doesn’t cast much, so it could be carelessness to invest to small things to make the stay better or they want you to pay the laundry to even press the shirt - even 2 star places have irons&stands. Food on their restaurant is very average, not value for money (taste-wise as well as portionsize-wise). "The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab."

"The room is clean and tidy, but i dont like the glass wall of the bathroom. If the TV has the built in Netflix, that would be fantastic Facilities Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay swimming pool and beach There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality. One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy. Definitely i will stay in this hotel again"

Their famous mango bingsu turned out it is not a must try. Shaved milk ice was too sweet and sticky (I guess it is made out of condensed milk which I don’t like personally) fresh mango in the market is the best in Phu quoc. You can buy more than 5kg mangos for 1 bingu price. breakfast quality is slightly better than local hotel but it doesn’t meet international hotel standard. bread section was okay but they need to work on the menu for vegetarian, especially at the main meal like rice noodle. This time I stayed 3 different hotels, generally I prefer more eco friendly resort like ocean bay. If I stay at the global franchise brand hotel, the Regent will be my choice."

"We spent five nights here, and definitely will comeback. First we arrived earlier than the check-in time so they gave us towel card to spend time at the pool and beach area their pool and beach area is amazing the private beach has enough space for everyone pool also huge with restaurants (they said we can also do the same thing after check out if we need wait for our flight time) The breakfast was soooooo AMAZING so many options, my favorite there was their noodles bar with different kinds of noodles every morning I was there 🤩 I requested for high floor and I got the top floor 😍great view with the ocean and the forest 🌳 the room is spacious and clean, tub is huge and they got everything I needed. Their chocolate hour is a bit busy but not too bad, everyone can enjoy. The staff was helpful and friendly. People sometimes complain about food options from the restaurant and how remote the hotel is, we have no problem with that we usually grab to eat and watch Netflix in the room, also there is a really good restaurant and convenience store at the main gate you can go back and forth with the buggy, for getting around the island we use grab and it really affordable 👍🏼"

"One of the highlights of our visit was the beautiful beach. The soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters were perfect for sunbathing and swimming. We spent hours lounging under the palm trees, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the serene atmosphere. And let’s not forget the delicious food! The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the fresh seafood was particularly noteworthy. Dining with a view of the ocean made every meal feel special."

"Superb facilities. Didn’t realise there was a mini waterpark when I made the booking, which is free for hotel guest. Buggy is quick to arrive when we request for it. Beach was nice and clean. Kids loved the big pool. Might be coming back in the near future👍"

"Excellent bungalow! Excellent family that runs this business! Excellent cafe with good prices and no problems for the gastrointestinal tract! Fresh seafood in the evenings with reasonable prices is cooked very tasty! There is an excellent store nearby with excellent prices! And a good exchange rate! Long Beach is 200 meters away! There is a hotel nearby for 100 dong, 2 sun loungers for the whole day and an umbrella! + at the hotel there are girls who are masseuses, I went many times with my wife for 200 dong, 1 hour of massage of the whole body with aloe! In the evening there is where to walk! You can go out into the city, you want to go left or right, there are many cafes and shops! King Kong is a 15-minute walk to the right of the hotel! I was there, the prices are a little higher than the described store, which is next to the hotel! The hotel includes breakfast, you can easily eat and do business, there is soup, omelets, fried eggs, they also give a delicious bun and tea or coffee! Oh yeah, I forgot, for every meal there is a bonus plate of fruit, usually watermelon + dragon fruit, sometimes bananas! We rested for 7 days, then went to Sunset Town, so there is nothing decent there in terms of food, everything is expensive and not tasty, we had to go to them for lunch and dinner by taxi!"
