"Hotel un pò troppo lontano, dal centro, e quindi difficile da raggiungere a piedi, camera con un bel balcone, ordinata, pulita, e ben tenuta, con un bel bagno peccato per l'asciugacapelli rovinato con polvere al suo interno,, tv nuova e climatizzatore che funziona a dovere ma prese della corrente da riverede, la colazione me l'aspettavo molto più ricca, con più scelta e magari qualcosa di tipico, però quelle poche cose non erano del tutto male."
"The rooms are very nice and clean, the spacious rooms are spacious. Breakfast meets, but is not the best. The area is not very nice, but to be Naples is okay"
"Had a very good stay. Room was clean and serviced each day. Was provided meal ticket for coffee and danish at cafe next to building which worked out nicely. Location was good, easy access to transportation and not too far from attractions. Plenty of nearby places to eat, and a large supermarket just a few blocks away. Would recommend and stay again."

"The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and dining. It is suitable for traveling around by train. There are restaurants on the left side of the downstairs, and there are always various special police patrols. It is not very convenient to turn right and it is a bit messy. There is a good dim sum restaurant nearby, where you can eat simple Chinese food and noodles. The hotel breakfast looks quite good, but the quality is mediocre. Many of the tableware is not very clean. It is recommended to pay attention when taking it. The room with volcano view has a great view!"
"It is also a tourist hotel belonging to the local old people. The inside of the hotel is very clean, mainly because it is a bit messy outside, especially there are many bars around, and there will be loud drunk noise in the middle of the night. However, the location is very good. If you can physically, the attractions in the city center are within walking distance, or you can take a subway to Dante Square in the back and walk to the subway station in 5 minutes. The front desk service is good, the booked room is not good, the beauties helped to upgrade the room for half an hour and explained it very clearly. Breakfast is good, there is no parking lot, the standard room is small and no extra bed is available. We upgraded the standard room to the apartment. The apartment is very good. The sofa bed should be 4 feet, and there are two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Still recommended, but the price is not very high."
"The room was large and had a bath, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the rooftop terrace had a great view for breakfast. They also called a taxi for me, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again when I come to Naples."
"The location is about 15 minutes from the station, but it's too alley and the service is good and friendly, but the bed is too deep and there is no cushion, so I'm sick.
The shower is always watery when you wash it.

"Naples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port.
There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ...
The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun.
The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient."

Very Good
GGayatri GallowayBang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street.
We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation:
No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design.
Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress
Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp.
I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserThe Hotel has the best view of the bay. of Naples.
The staff is very polite, kind and helpful, especially at the front office and in the restaurant.
The balcony is nice though on the small size
Great Breakfast, eggs, and savoury food on top of all the usual Italian sweet pastries. Good espresso too.
To be very honest, i was a tad confused and disappointed about our room location as it was not on the main Royal part of the hotel as i believed but on the additional building which used to be the Continental, nevertheless we still enjoyed the stay there and our visit to Napoli.
GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
DDjohCLocation very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays.
Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port.
Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.

GGuest UserI had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.
