"This is a hotel that opened not long ago. The facilities are good. The check-in experience at the front desk is not very good. The details need to be improved. The other staff are smiling and polite. The king-size room is on a lower floor. There are a lot of Vietnamese motorcycles, and they drive very fast and make a lot of noise!"

"The hotel is well situated for convenient to visit other area. The room are cleaned and neat. The breakfast is simple but nice. There is a small swimming pool and gym. There is a lotte supermarket just beside the hotel with family fun games and also a bowling centre. And also a amusement park about 700m away from the hotel. For your travelling convenient there is quite a number of private car that can take you around and charging the same with Grab price or little bit less. I would recommend for anyone who travel as getaway or business trip. Good choice with good pricing for a four stars rating."

"The check-out process was smooth and quick. During both check-in and check-out, we were offered snacks and drinks while waiting, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Sea view is great only during a sunny day. Since it’s the rainy season, we really appreciated the attentive staff, who always ensured we were covered with umbrellas whenever we arrived or departed the hotel, whether on foot or via Grab. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Also thankful for staff for enabling us to have a few more complimentary water bottles."

"The apartment accommodation facilities were very clean and the breakfast restaurant was also clean. You should definitely bring a shower filter! The view is really the best. One staff member can continue to take care of you, so they recommend you a friend on KakaoTalk and help you with directions! The apartment has two apartment pools! You can rent a bike, and you can use the bike to go to the main pool or eat breakfast, so if you have difficulty walking, you can use it!"

"They were very gracious to let me change my room from a city view room to beach-front room even after the grace period for cancellation had expired. The stay came with a free 30-minute foot message that I would, as someone who is not a fan of foot massage, compliment as very satisfying and rejuvenating. Had I had more time, I would have tried their body massage. Everyone was friendly and full of smiles all the time that I was there. My only regret is that there is no balcony facing the sea or else it would have been perfect. As for the rooftop swimming pool, while it's not huge, comes with a picture perfect view on a fine clear day."

"The room is nice and clean. However, I was disgusted by the facial tissues provided in the room. The facial tissues were torn into half before being filled into the tissue box!!! Meaning every single piece of the facial tissue was touched by whoever tore the facial tissues, and these facial tissues have all been contaminated! This is so unhygienic!!! When I called for housekeeping to bring me new tissue box, the facial tissues were the same—being torn into half!! This practice needs to be stopped immediately, as it’s extremely unhygienic and not acceptable! Hope the hotel will look into this matter seriously. I bought my own facial tissues from the supermarket next door. Besides that, I was disappointed that the hotel check in staff didn’t realize that it was my birthday on the check in day. An initiative to give your guest a pleasant birthday surprise would be very much appreciated."

"Love the hospitality given by the hotel staff. They were always accommodating and attentive to our needs. Even helped to surprise my partner when we were eating breakfast on the morning of his birthday. In terms of everything else, it was top notch. Would really recommend people to come here for a stay if they are visiting danang. Am really impressed with their service and cleanliness and friendliness. Would come here again if I were to come!
